1) 负责组织制订铸造中心的中长期发展规划和经营目标；To make strategic planning and the long term target of foundry;
2) 负责铸造中心的作为独立核算的成本中心的管理工作，定期审阅铸造中心的成本报表以及生产报表，对铸造中心的制造成本进行管理和控制；
To manage the foundry as a individual cost center, checking the cost results and production report, taking action to control the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery);
3) 负责铸造中心的资源管理工作，负责审批铸造中心重要物资和设备需求计划；
To manage the resources, checking the demands of materials and equipments in foundry;
4) 负责编制铸造中心重大项目投资计划和实施方案；
To design the critical investment and make the action planning;
5 )负责铸造中心各种重要管理文件的审批；
To approve the key managing documents in foundry;
6) 负责铸造中心组织机构的设置和调整；
To design and set up the organization in foundry
7) 建议铸造中心中层人员和特殊专业人员的任免、薪酬、待遇以及支付方式；
To give advices to appoint or remove the key persons;
8) 负责审核铸造中心的安全和环保工作；
To be responsible for the safety & health;
9) 负责处理铸造中心重大对外关系，并作出决策；
To be responsible for the relationship with customer and key issues outside company;
10) 主持铸造中心重大活动。
To mind the important events in foundry.

1) 大学本科及大学本科以上学历，精通企业管理以及其他相关专业知识；
Bachelor or above, experienced company managing knowhow;
2) 十年以上企业管理工作经验，至少五年以上企业全面管理经验等；
Need the enterprise management experiences more than 10 years, at least 5 years experiences to control a company;
3) 具有制订企业发展的中长期战略，保证其准确执行并在执行过程中进行修订的能力；
The capability to make long term strategical plan and practice;
4)能把握企业投资方向，进行综合分析，保证企业获得最佳经济效益；
The ability to orientate ;the company investment and analysis, ensuring the profit of company;
5)具有独特的领导艺术和领导能力，全局的操控和指挥能力；
Skillful leadership;
6)能够敏锐的预测、分析企业所处行业的发展趋势，明确企业发展的内外部环境，分析企业发展的前景
